Silly Questions

I have two silly questions. You will gather that I am not an intense engineering type. First, is the built-in editor accessible from picaxe vsm? If so, how? Secondly, where are the advertised electronics principles tutorials? These are of interest to me for teaching purposes. Yes I have bought a licence. Thanks.

1) Put a PICAXE chip on a design. Then use the Source>Add/Remove Source File menu to allocate a BASIC file to the chip. From then on that BASIC file will also be listed within the Source menu - simply click on it to start up in the editor. The program can then be easily 'tweaked' and saved prior to re-running the simulation.

2) Help>Sample designs>demo version samples>animated circuits.

Thanks. It would be helpfull if you could access the built-in editor to generate the basic file in the first place. Many times you are only using short snipperts of code as in David Lincoln's book. I have solved this by having a shortcut to the editor from the desktop, but it would be more elegant if it was inside the program itself.
