running 2 programs with 18M2+ chip

HI, I have been using the new 18m2+ chips and running 2 programs at once. Is there a thread / info section here???

I am getting the odd glitch and even sometimes one of the inputs goes high by itself. I have changed the chip and it is still the same.
It's not urgent but gets frustrationg when my circuit turns itself on randomly.
