This is still on the "bleeding edge", but ultrasound sensors are so interesting to me that I keep looking for the newest stuff. I don't always post the results, but I usually will post articles from All About Circuits.
Chirp Microsystems is one to keep track of. These "products" aren't real for you and me, yet. They are sampling, but probably not for everyone. This will change a lot of products, and I know I see applications. Perhaps you will to.
