Program problems

Hi, guys.
Today i tried to program my 14m and i tried it directly from the interfacing circuits manual. I then tried to simulate first before i download it but from the first try i got a syntax error message and since i'm new to this and had no clue what to do next, gave up after i dont know how many times.
Can any of you guys help? Please???

What did the syntax error say and what program are you trying to run what does the code look like email me the code and ill see if i can help my email adress is dahms.andrew@gmail.com
