Problems Copying Pasting and exporting

I would like to copy and paste a flow chart into another document but it simply does not work. I have tried exporting as Word documents, PDF and even .jpg but all I get is a sliced section of the flowchart. Can it be done and if so what am I doing wrong please?

If you want to get a zoomed view we recommend zooming out and then clicking 'snip' button on ribbon to start the snipping tool.
