Problem Downloading Manual 2

I'm having problems downloading the PICAXE Manual 2. It starts to download but stops at 200 kb and hangs up. The file is over 600 kb.
I can download Manual 1 and Manual 3, but not Manual 2. I'm using a laptop with Home Premium Vista.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Bill,

there is nothing wrong with the PICAXE Manual 2 file. I have downloaded it in the past only several PC's in Feb/March without problems (using Win XP SP3).
I have just tried to download Manual 2 now and it downloaded without a problem.

I can download that file without problems too.

I often have issues when I need to download the latest version, try closing the window/tab and downloading again (normally works 2nd or 3rd time for me), else it is attached.
