I am not personally aware of a PICAXE library for ORCAD.

A search of the PICAXE forum found a few references to ORCAD and seemingly forum member/moderator Dippy may have used ORCAD for work purposes but certainly no one indicating any PICAXE specific library.

I need that libraries because I am working on existing project originally developed in orcad with PIC but I must change PIC with PICAXE and I need libraries... so if I must use PICAXE 18M2 what kind of PIC is it equivalent?
Is it possible to convert eagle libraries to orcad libraries?
Or I can use PIC package... mmmm...

My last play with Orcad was a 2009 version and I don't recall any PICAXE devices.

Are you just needing schematic and artwork/footprint?
If so, and I don't mean to sound cheeky, in the time you've spent waiting for a reply you could have generated the whole range ;)

The PICAXE pinouts are available, draw it, label it and associate the appropriate library ic footprint... 30 minutes?
Roll your own - it's usually quicker.
