Need help with IP add-on for Picaxe project boards!!!!

I have managed to have stuff 4 18M2 chips so far.... NOT HAPPY.

with (what I thought) would be a simple IR Debug Test, nothing big.

I have tried to do it on both the CH030B board and the CH035A High Powered board, same thing. I am only running 4.5V (3xAA) that's it.

The smaller IR dongle work on other boards, one made by another teacher the other by Wiltronics. the other IR dongle is the same but to match the pins on the Picaxe boards.

Have you tried doing a hard reset?

1. Ensure the power is disconnected from the PICAXE board
2. Click the Program button
3. Wait for 'Connecting to hardware' to appear
4. Now connect power!

They're not stuffed. They're just stuck in the IRIN command, which does not allow the chip to check for a fresh download.

Follow Nick's guidelines, you 'get your chips back'.
