Need help identifying two 20 pin Picaxes

I need help identifying the Picaxe version of these two chips.
One is surface mounted, the other is through hole.
Both have the following markings:
18F14K22

Had the same problem, and found the answer in a similar post on ... If you like Basic then the Rev-Ed PICAXE 20X2 is based on the 18F14K22 ..

Hi,

Yes 20X2 as indicated by the PICaxe Chip Labels page.

If these are "old stock", you might want to check the "Revision History" Tab on the relevant PICaxe Store page. Once the chips are running, you can check the version number in the Programme Editor.

You can also connect them to PE and do a firmware check, which will tell you the type of chip connected and the firmware revision.
