Is the picaxe cloud server down?

I am teaching programming to some of the senior school student, but we keep having problems with accessing picaxecloud. Can anyone help out at all please?

Thank you for your support, please can you let me know the next steps for uploading a programme to the 08m2 chip using a mac. The mac doesn't recognise via the usb port, only offers bluetooth. And if I try to download axepad it says it's either obsolete or needs to be updated by the developer.
