It's been like that for at least a week. I think Rev Ed dropped the service for cloud programming the chips.

But what is (was) PicaxeCloud?

We are working on restoring the cloud website, it is harder and taking longer than expected due to some obsolete components/web controls that need to be updated to newer versions (which are compatible with modern web standards). The offline (stand alone) versions of the Blockly app are all still available on the software downloads page.

A nice "under construction/updating" page would help a lot your users to know what is happening.
