I wish to install PICAXE VSM on my backup PC which has Windows ME operating system.
When I attempt to run the License Manager, I get a message 'The License Manager must be run with Administrator rights' and the program will not open. As far as I am aware, ME has no provision for an administrator. Do you know if the program can be installed with ME? It installed perfectly on my main PC which has Windows XP.
