Honeywell Humidity Sensor

During a cupboard clear-out, I "found" one of these;

Honeywell
HIH-4000-002
Humidity Sensor,

Bought from Farnell years ago.
Still in its delivery box and unused.

It's a bit too esoteric for me, so if you're in the UK
and can give it a good home, please PM me.

I'm genuinely surprised
that no-one appears interested in this expensive sensor.

I'll have to look for someone else to give it to.

I did look at the datasheet, but decided to stick with HTU21D's (i2c) i currently use.
It does look fairly easy to use though, I am suprised nobody has taken you up on that offer.

I used that exact same sensor in a 18X project that I built in June, 2010, and which is still working.
The transfer function appears a little daunting for an integer-math device, but late professor Peter H. Anderson developed a routine which works really, really well. The posted routine is for a very similar device , the HIH-3610, but you only require to replace the HIH-4000 coefficients.

I would take upon your offer, but I am on the US.
