Display bptr in Debug

Would it be possible to get the Debug output changed to also display the bptr variable please?

Also could the manual be amended to describe it in a bit more detail, including that it is a word variable on specified (all?) parts and what happens when one attempts to use it to write beyond the end of memory. If it wraps to 0 then it potentially overwrites the b0, b1... variables, which I think should be spelled out clearly if that is the case.

Or more simply add a note to the manwel (I have not checked if such a note exists) that writing beyond the end of memory can have 'unpredictable' results.
