I've read through all the threads that were returned while searching for similar issues of my title but none of them quite fit what I'm experiencing. According to the other threads the Picaxe wizard is looking for a file named WSTAMP16.EXE. This file is located @
C:\Program Files (x86)\Programming Editor\picprog
I've attempted running WSTAMP16.EXE directly from within explorer but I get a compatibility error which is different from the error thrown from the Picaxe editor. That error is "File not found" or something similar.
Yes, I realize that WSTAMP16.EXE is a 16 bit app but changing the "Run in compatibility mode" hasn't helped.
OS: W7 Home Premium
Picaxe Editor: 5.5.5
Thanks,
Chris
