Can't seem to renew my licence VSM

Hi
I paid for a renewal and received an email with "licence.lxk" attachment. However when I try to run the file a window comes up and says that the file is on a network resource that is unavailable. I don't know what is going on, and I havn't got a reply from the company. So i was wondering if anybody else has had this message?

twoarrow's link doesn't seem to be working but the problem is usually in trying to run the .lxk file. Instead save it to disk, then run the VSM Licence Manager from the Windows Start button,

Start -> Programs -> Revolution Education - > PICAXE VSM -> Licence Manager
