Breadboard Serial Adaptor with Breakout

This is a simple breadboarding upgrade for use with PICAXE serial. The key points of the adaptor are:
  1. It's rock solid because it has pins front and back.
  2. It has full breakout of the serial connector pins, so the switched contacts can be used to detect when a plug is inserted.
  3. It enables a secondary connection to Serial_In, which can be a wireless 3.3V interface etc.
  4. It has clear labelling on top of the stripboard board and it shows a novel approach of how to do this.
Full design and assembly details are in the PDF and also source files are on GitHub here.
