The Blockly simulation window is great to visualise inputs and outputs as you run a simulation. However it is difficult to remember what the inputs and outputs are so I usually place a comments around the simulation window so that I can interact with the design more easily.
Often however the Blockly window can move around as the program runs messing up the alignment of comments and the simulation window.
How cool would it be if the window could include labeled inputs and outputs and perhaps a graphic to show inputs, outputs, bidirectional and analogue inputs. Most of the info would come from the input/output table. It could look a bit like this
