Any # produces syntax error

Hi All
For sum reason all the codes I am working on and passing syntax yesterday are not
passing syntax today.
The fail is occurring where their is a # present so any macro or define is failing
I have not altered any settings in the editor and have not had any microsoft updates
as the 28x2 is loaded with slot0, slot1 and slot3 up and running correctly and as expected,
I was just working on slot2 the manual overides when this problem started, shows that it is
something with in editor. I have opened past codes that are up and running for months know and
the same thing occurs any # producing an error
any light shed would be apprechiated

Under "Workspace", "Options", "Compiler", has "Use Pre-processor" become unchecked?

Hi Ibenson
thanks for that checked the pre-processor was not uncheck pressed the restore defaults
and hey presto things back into shape compiled successfully and downloaded to the chip correctly
