Another (very minor) bug (more of an annoyance)

I wouldn't normally moan about something as small as this, but since it's still a Beta, polish should be added

If you create a file with an ampersand (&) in the name, it isn't displayed properly in the document tab (when in tabbed mode, obviously).
The ampersand is replaced with an underscore - the code needs to either ignore shortcut accelerators or replace & with && when displaying the tab.

Ah, right. I'll try to remember that.

When I saw this forum subtitle of "Suggestions, new feature ideas and bug reports for the Programming Editor software only." I assumed this is where you wanted the bug reports!
