Calculating current through LEDs... unconventional situation...

Your calculation problems are occurring because the LED's do-not exhibit a fixed resistance because forward voltage varies for a given forward current and there is a so-called voltage knee that occurs around about the 3volt region for your LED's after which current starts to climb quickly for no...

    honeywell humidity sensor

I've done this in the past: http://www.stevejenkins.com/blog/2014/06/how-to-calibrate-a-hygrometer-humidity-sensor-using-the-salt-test/ it works, but watch your sensors, the Bosch BME280 did not like this test and (conductive) salt dried on the sensor - I think. There are a range of chemicals...

20x4 OLED and Stainless Steel Bezel

Can anyone confirm that the Stainless Steel bezel mounting screws are aligned to the OLED display board, I'm sure they are, but it's not clear to me and also the serial daughter board requires one of the screws to be reduced in length?

Reading ECU Sensor in parallel without disturbing

You need to isolate the ADC from the sensor circuit, usually by using an op-amp: and adjust R3/R4 for a gain of 0.66 to give your required 0-5 to 0-3.3 range. That way there will be negligible load on the circuit to be measured.
