Hi I was wondering what (add on) I could use to control 18 servos simultaneously for a walking hexapod. I have made a walking hexapod using 3 servos but want to make a one where its legs have a greater degree of freedom. Could the 18M2 handle this kind of project? Is tgere another picaxe chip...

18M2 4 Servo Walking Hexatron with IR Sensor to see.

A Robot I made which uses 4 servos and an IR Sensor. I made it so that I had something to use whilst I learned the PICAXE code. I used a breadboard on the back of it allowing me to construct different circuits. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1p5yUCH_wFQ...

Unable to create a working interrupt for 18M2 chip in my robot code.

Below is my working code for my robot, (Please check out my album 'Hexapod'). I am having great trouble in creating a Interrupt command so that the 18M2 chip is always checking data from the IR sensor for obstacles after which if it does find an obstacle it will go off straight away into an...

I have just finished creating this hexapod robot, I have the 18M2 programmed to take 5 steps forward, then the IR Sensor to turn via a servo motor left, right, and calculate which way is not obstructed then to go off into the corresponding right turn or left turn, it can also walk backwards if...
