PE6 persistent memory window

Simple question: how to get rid of the memory window in PE6? It has no close button and insists on staying on top. I forget how I opened it (by accident) and now I can't get rid of it. Presumably the solution is trivial but I can't find it.

thanks!

At the very top right of the memory window ( and others too ) there's a 'pin' icon. You probably have the window pinned. Just click on that to auto-hide the window. Or click the down arrow next to it and select Auto-Hide.

Notice that your slider bar at the bottom doesn't extend to the full width of the window--either click to slide so that you can see the actual right part of the window, or drag the whole window wider to the left until the bottom slider bar disappears. Then you should be able to see the pin.

Looks like you have made the entire window "Floating".

Right-click on the title bar of the memory window and select "Dockable".

Right-click on the title bar again and there will be a new "Dock to" option. Select which side you would like it to be on.

You will then likely have to click the 'pin' icon as originally described.
