I wish I could do C+...then.... but I can use freebasic to program windows or a raspberry pi but raspberry pi is not 8bit controller though..first time you compile a program and it works is nice.     I use an ebay hbridge with enable pins and the x28 has 2 pwm channels because these chassis go to fast..even with nimh 1.2V cells...

    how to do a pre-defined course. it would be difficult. the balls momentum and stopping it. I suggested a ball with a ball bearing inside to make it roll slower to erco.

    Use a 2 part 2 hemispheres ball with tiny ball bearings in it and it will roll different. silly idea...but so is the project...or maybe not. good luck.
