Is there a way how to clean the terminal window (input buffer) using SERTXD command (sending a character or a few of them)?

I would like to count pulses on the comparator (on a 28X2 chip) alike this: count CM2CON1.6,1000,w0. How to do it? I know that I can redirect the comparator's output to an output pin. Then I should connect this output pin to an input one externally and count on the latter. Can I use a pin...
