Old Datasheet: IR board?

I found this IR receiver board in my Toybox. (see pic)
Bought in 2006.

Now, I know how to use it, but, I'm giving it away.

Is there a Datasheet in existence,
to save me writing out the instructions?

Doesn't look like PICAXE (the resonator), so you'll need to make some changes, eg download socket.

The 16C620A-04P is installed on eclectics board is an EPROM memory based 8-bit, microcontroller.

The PICAXE 18 is based upon the 16F627A chip (datasheet for 16F62X covers). This is a Flash memory 8-bit, microcontroller. The PIC chip can use an external resonator/oscillator (but maybe not as a PICAXE-18).

With respect to a resonator, even the Rev Ed CHI030 18-pin chip board datasheet states: “To modify the board for use with a PIC16F84A, or any other 18 pin microcontroller that requires an external resonator, the following modifications are required. . . .”
